Free standard shipping on orders over $50. Fast, reliable delivery with real-time tracking on every order.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. Order processing cutoff is 2 PM EST.
Same-Day Delivery
Order by 12 PM local time for same-day delivery in select cities. Available on eligible products only. Our same-day delivery partners include UberDash, DoorDash Drive, and local courier networks.
International Shipping
We ship to 45+ countries worldwide. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx International.
International orders over $200 qualify for free standard international shipping. Customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping FAQs
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends ship the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
You can request an address change within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting support@neylak.com. Once an order is in processing or has shipped, we cannot make address changes. For orders that have shipped to the wrong address, please contact your carrier directly.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Standard and expedited shipping is available to P.O. boxes. Overnight and same-day delivery require a physical address. International shipping to P.O. boxes is not available.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 24 hours as carriers sometimes update tracking early. If it's still missing after 24 hours, contact us. For damaged items, please photograph the packaging and product and email support@neylak.com — we'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Are there customs or import duties for international orders?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping cost. We mark all international packages accurately on customs forms — we cannot declare items as "gifts" to avoid duties.
